Your order must be communicated sufficiently in advance. For holidays, the deadline for ordering is 2 working days in advance.

We reserve the right to refuse your order if we are full or in case of force majeure. Any amounts paid will be refunded in full

We are not liable for any consequences of such anulation .

Food allergies should be reported to us when ordering or immediately after receiving the order confirmation.

Collections

Collections can be made at the appointed hour.

Deliveries

We deliver to your home by appointment.

If you are not present at the time of delivery, we will try to contact you by phone. If we do not hear from you, breakfast will be placed at your door if paid in advance.

Despite our great care to make every delivery correctly and on time, we cannot be held liable for any consequences if our deliveries are incorrect or not delivered at the agreed time.

Minor changes in the breakfast basket ordered may occur, proportionally the value of the order will match. If we need to make major changes, you will be notified in advance.

The distance “door-to-door”, as suggested by Google Maps, is considered when determining delivery costs. We limit deliveries to 10km. The first 10 km are free, a delivery charge is applied for each additional km.

Payments

Payments can be made in various ways, cash or by bank card.

Gift voucher

The KOEKE 10 Gift Voucher is valid for the duration indicated on the voucher. In no case is it affordable back.

Changes

KOEKE 10 reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, orders already placed are subject to the terms and conditions valid at the time of order confirmation.
